Major Update

In this Update:

- Finished coding all Spells/Abilities (EXCEPT Precognition)

- Added Daily Oracle visit that gives a free card, shows the next False god you will play and gives you an extra creature for your next battle.

- Added sound effects for buttons and some spell effects

- Added Coin Toss at beginning of a duel to decide who starts.

- Added Volume control in settings panel

- Added Spell use for Ai.

- Precognition

- False God Ai

- Account Management for using same account on different devices
