Another Minor Update

Just added a mini description for cards if you hover over with your mouse. The details are still a WIP, but the most important details are there.

Added all the Activate Abilities, and almost all Spells (Pending some of the Shard Spells)

Still pending Abilities that activate at the end of turn, when a creature dies or when a card is played.
