Some Bug Fixes

Hey All,

I added the Space Button to end turn functionality like the original game had. 

I also fixed the problem with the Mark not showing the correct element on the field or correct description when detail view is opened. 

Also fixed an issue where creatures killed by spells was leaving a blank object.
